Chief Corporate Strategy and Development Officer
Andrew Westergren is Intuit's senior vice president and chief corporate strategy and development officer. Promoted in August 2013, he leads the strategy and the corporate development teams that are responsible for helping shape and accelerate the company's strategy.
Westergren joined Intuit in 2011 and has played a key role in several major transactions, including the $423.5 million acquisition of Demandforce in April 2012, and the $1 billion sale of Intuit Financial Services in August 2013.
Previously he was managing director at Argus Information and Advisory Services, a private equity-backed growth company, and a partner and managing director with The Boston Consulting Group. His career has focused on helping financial services and software companies define innovative strategies, accelerate growth and improve performance.
Westergren earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Stanford University and a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
