Noelle Eder is Intuit's senior vice president and chief customer care officer. Since joining the company in 2005, she has held leadership positions in various divisions, including Payment Solutions, Intuit Financial Services and Quicken. Her responsibilities have spanned strategy, product management, professional services, customer care, data center operations and security.
Before joining Intuit, Eder was vice president at Teknowledge, whose software suite, TekPortal, was acquired by Intuit in 2005. Now called CustomerCentral, this suite serves as the data source for Intuit products, including QuickBooks Online and Mint.
Eder's 20-plus years of software product, development, and delivery experience has given her a wide range of private industry experience in the financial services, insurance and healthcare fields. She has also held leadership positions at Allstate, William Mercer and the University of Chicago Hospitals.
Eder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston University.
