Who Benefits and HowIntuit matches employees' donations to qualified organizations, offers employees paid time off to volunteer for eligible projects and funds employee-nominated grants. Intuit Employees Support Many ProjectsActing locally for big impact — that's the idea behind "We Care & Give Back," Intuit's grassroots employee giving and volunteering program. In 1995, a group of San Diego employees kicked off the program by recycling soda cans and buying bicycles for Toys for Tots. Then a group of Mountain View employees raised $50,000 and donated food to the Second Harvest Food Bank. Today, the toy drive has grown into an annual event and Intuit employees give to and volunteer for hundreds of projects in the United States and Canada, including these:

A Tradition of GivingIntuit employees are proud of their tradition of giving to their communities. In fiscal 2002, they donated $450,000 of their own money through the donation matching program.
