Feedback from users

At Intuit we want to know what our customers and prospective customers think about our products and ideas, that's user research. Would you like to spend 1-2 hours trying out intuit's products or be the first to check out some new ideas? We conduct many different types of user research and in many different locations. Come to us, or we can come to you in your home or office. Either way you will be directly influencing the products that we build!

Site Visit

We visit you at your home or workplace
If selected, we visit you at the location where most of your computer usage occurs whether at home, work, dorm-room, school, or elsewhere. We interview you about various subjects ranging from personal finances to internet usage; each interview lasts from one to two hours. The reason we like to visit you at your home or workplace is so that we can learn more about the environment where most of your activities take place. All information gathered during the session is kept confidential.

Lab Study

Come visit us at one of our research lab locations
If selected, you will be invited to come to one of the Intuit locations around the US and participate in a usability session which lasts from one to two hours. Under nondisclosure, you would meet one-on-one with a researcher at Intuit and be asked to look at and use one or more of our products. It is important to us that we design products and services that directly meet your needs, which is why we need people like you to try out our new ideas. All information gathered during the session, including your identity, is kept confidential.

Remote Study

We'll call you and connect with you over the internet
If selected, you will be interviewed over the telephone at a time convenient to you, covering various different topics. In some cases you might be asked to look at our new design concepts over the internet. Intuit makes use of secure remote viewing technology that allows us to be able to view a your computer screen remotely. That way you can conveniently participant in a remote study from anywhere in the US. All information gathered, including a your identity, is kept confidential.
